I enrolled for this workshop taking a few days of vacation. Unfortunately, I was ill the first days, and couldn't leave my bed on the second day. This was not a major problem because I have an electronics background. Besides electronics I already created interactive installations with some hometown friends.

Now we're already the last day, still a few hours before the workshop is over. When the workshop will be over, I'll have the konw-how to start implementing next generation installations with virtually no restrictions..

With the arduino connected to my laptop with the pure data software on it up and running, on one side, and the experimental slider we made plus some other sensors connected, on the other side. I will go home ready to use technology that is operational, configurable, powerfull, supercool, interactive, fast, small, ...

I already made interactive installations, but never with a powered computer involved. Next time this will be the case. I can't wait till the next festival, posing an akward sensation to the public!, for which I'll take the organisers of this workshop and of course Johannes Taelman accountable!, and for which I thank them!
